GIC Health Fairs – Visit us at the GIC health fairs and take advantage of the opportunity to meet face-to-face with UniCare State Indemnity Plan staff to get answers to your annual enrollment questions.

Check Out Our 4 Plan Options –-Get detailed information on the UniCare State Indemnity Plan's three non-Medicare options, as well as our Medicare option.
Find Out What Tier Your Physician is in –- You pay lower office visit copays for visits to Tier 1 & 2 physicians in Massachusetts. Find out what tier your physician is designated as beginning July 1, 2008, or get a list of tiered Massachusetts physicians for a certain town. (Please Note: This information does not apply to Medicare-eligible members.)

- For the Basic & Community Choice Plans – Check the Physician Tier Listing for Basic & Community Choice Plan Members. Important: Basic and Community Choice members can see any physician; however, you’ll have lower office visit copays when you see Tier 1 & 2 physicians.

Contact Us with Questions – During annual enrollment (April 14 - May 16, 2008), Plan representatives will be available at 1-877-633-6396 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday to answer your annual enrollment questions. Or, if you prefer, you can e-mail your questions to us.
