Online Access to Claims & Eligibility Information

Providers can now obtain eligibility information and check the status of claims submitted with a 2007 date of service for patients enrolled in the UniCare State Indemnity Plan by using AccessPoint – UniCare’s secure web site for health care providers.

A site demo is available to explain the features and functionality of AccessPoint and how it can make your job easier. To begin using this time-saving tool, you will first need to create an online account.

Important:  The benefits information on AccessPoint does not apply to UniCare State Indemnity Plan members, as our Plan benefits are customized for Group Insurance Commission members. To access benefits information for UniCare State Indemnity Plan members, click here.
