Medicare Extension Plan
The Medicare Extension Plan option is available only to individuals who are enrolled in Medicare.
It supplements your Medicare coverage by providing benefits for covered services that are
not paid by Medicare. This includes the Medicare Part A inpatient hospital deductible and Part B
deductible and coinsurance. To be eligible for the Plan, you must be eligible for both Medicare
Parts A and B.
