Important Information for Filing Your Taxes (04/08)
During the fourth week of January, we will mail each of our non-Medicare members who live in Massachusetts a 1099-HC form. You will need this form when you file your 2007 state income taxes to help you complete the new Massachusetts Schedule HC, which provides proof that you have health insurance. Find out more.
